Nikolay and Lyudmila Chibisovy
The Moscow artists Nikolay and Lyudmila Chibisovy are keen on icon painting already about fifteen years. Artists continue traditions of the Moscow school of old russian painting, ikonopisi and old russian woodcarving. An example or their creativity are ingenious old russian masters- Rublyov, Dionisy, Amvrosy. Artists create unique on force and expressiveness of images painted and carved products of church art. Chibisovy - are the first who united two technics - painting and carving. A number of unique works has been created in this style: skladni, icons, crosses, panagii... Works in style of a miniature has made them popular. Lyudmila and Nikolay Chibisovy are members of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia. Nikolay headed the section of icon painting. Among constant customers - the maximum state grades and bodies, the maximum dignities of clergy, the Moscow Patriarchy. For creative work in church art Chibisovy were nagrazhdeny the letter of Patriarch Alex II. Lyudmila and Nikolay Chibisovyh's works are in private assemblies of collectors of Russia, Germany, Austria, France, Finland, Australia, the USA, Canada and other countries. |
