Biography
Born in Mexico from American immigrants in 1961, I learned at an early age that drawing, or any creative endeavor for that matter, provided me with a certain intimacy and freedom unlike anything else in this world. This holds true to this day.
My art education spans from college courses in Austin, Texas, to formal instruction in Florence, Italy, Barcelona, Spain and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
Much of my work has been commissioned and is in private collections around the world.
My life has always made more sense and seemed more purposeful when I'm creating, and have always considered my ability as a gift from above.
