Biography | |
I work in acrylic and watercolor and enjoy the depth of color, the freedom and the exuberance of these mediums. When I paint, my hope is that I will create an image that evokes a mood or a memory and brings pleasure to the viewer.
J. Richard Secor has studied with and been influenced by the work of Dick Phillips, NWS, Tony Van Hasselt, AWS, and Judi Wagner. He owned the School Street Gallery in East Boothbay, Maine and has exhibited in numerous juried shows on the east and west coasts. |
