Born in 1941 in Moscow.
Graduated from the Surikov state art institue in Moscow.
Peoples artist of Russia Vladimir Telin - corresponding member of the Academy of arts of Russia, laureate of the Repin state prize of Russia.
Artwork of Telin can be seen in all major museums of Russia: Tretjakov Art Gallery, State Russian Museum, Kemerov art gallery, in museums of Yaroslavl, Orenburg, Kurgan, in Art-pedagogical museum for Toys of Russian Ministry of education, also in private collections in Russia and abroad. |
