Oil on board |
Description | |
This is an original oil painting by me. It is painted on gessoed masonite board. The subject is a branding scene from the 1800's in one of our western states. Branding is a chore cowboys have done for a long time. It is still done today to identiby the owner of the cattle. It was hard dusty work but has to be done. I hope you enjoy the painting. |
