| A fine art portrait painted in black and white. I will take photographs of the person to be painted at a location that we agree on. Best locations are indoors as light and weather can be controlled, although out side photographs can work. The process works like this. I come to you take the photographs. You select the one that I will use to paint your portrait. To help me to know something about you I interview you well doing some sketches of you. By doing this I can add some your personality to your portrait. This interview takes about an hour but I have had them go as long as two hours. Oil painting take time to dry your portrait will take three to six months to complete so you will need to plane ahead. |
