Biography 
Victor Loukianov was born in 1957 and has always lived in Moscow. His talent and his personal line in art developed under the wise tuition by a well-known Russian painter Dmitry V. Pashintsev (1908-1983) and later, through deep studies of works of famous Russian masters. They taught him to notice life in all its smallest details and to find poetry in ordinary things.


Last year victor was awarded Grand Prix Premium at the Golden Brush 2003 exhibition held in Moscow.

The worldview of Victor Loukianov is based on the harmony of his own spirit and natural beauty of all that surrounds him. There can be no doubt that the brushstrokes of this artist create works that may be considered contemporary masterpieces of Russian as well as European art.

Since 2000 Loukianov has participated in the annual exhibition for professional Russian artists in Moscow. Works of the artist are kept in private collections not only in Russia but also in abroad. His best works were purchased by the State Museum of History of the City of Moscow.

Victor Loukianov is a member of the Creative Union of Artist of Russia as well as the International Art Fund.

He is full of creative plans and energy.
A style of painting which depicts subject matter (form, color, space) as it appears in actuality or ordinary visual experience without distortion or stylization. In a general sense, refers to objective representation. More specifically, a nineteenth century movement, especially in France, that rejected idealized academic styles in favor of everyday subjects. Daumier, Millet, and Courbet were realists.
