Lev was born in Moscow in 1931. Higher education. He took classes from the talented artist and pedagogue A. Sukhitin. Egerev is a member of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia and the International Federation of Artists. Main genres town and rural landscape, still-life, portrait. Permanent participant of solo and group exhibitions staged in galleries and exhibition halls. Nagornaya, Tushino, Belyaevo, Perovo and in the House of Peoples Creative Works.
