A member of Russia's Painters Union since 1998.

Born on the 6 February 1934 in Pavlovskiy Posad town in Moscow area.
Worked as a tailor since 7th grade untill drafted to the Soviet Army. From 1953 to 1956 served as a radioman in Air Force Defence.
After the Army tried a whole set of different professions as loader, railworker and others. That was the year he tried himself as designer. Attended evening classes. By 1964 graduted from a high-school and in parallel studied in a distant Peoples University. Then he began to lead a group of art painting in a club at the Kamwall factory and simultaneously teaching drawing and painting at high school.
In 1967 worked as an art director at the House of Culture Peoples theater by the Pavlov-Pokrov factory, continued leading an art painting group and studing in the Moscow State distant Pedagogical Institute at the art-graphical faculty.

In 1972 was offered a permanent position at high-school as a drawing and painting teacher, where he worked for 28 years being a regular participant in big and small regional and state exhibitions. He earned awards at the II and III All-the-Union festivals of the folk art.

In the last 10 years he managed 3 personal city exhibitions and 5 regional exhibitions. He participated in the areal, regional and all-Russian exhibitions. Regular participant of all major exhibitions in Russia.

The artist artwork are in private collections in US, France, Germany, Italy, and Syria.
