The talent of Oleg Nikolaevich Mikhailov as an artist has been fathomed very early. He spent his childhood in the North of Russia the land of a severe northern beauty. Mikhailov studied the art of painting in the town of Noginsk, where he was born and lives now, and Moscow, where he had started his education.
Oleg Mikhailov is an author of characteristic and still life paintings, portraits. All of his works are full of poetic vision of life and sincere and admiring disposition no matter what genre the paintings belong to.
Oleg Mikhailov is constantly searching his way in art never being satisfied with the achieved. His works give the audience genuine pleasure that warms the soul. The creation of a real master is always a charming, fascinating and incomprehensible mystery that is eternally waiting to be solved by us.

Personal exhibitions held abroad: Art Galleries Barselona, Limassol, Russian Cultural Centres Alexandria, Belgrade, Budapest, Cairo, Prague, Luxemburg.
The works of O.N. Mikhailov were exposed on the exhibitions in the country (Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Nizhni Novgorod, Vilnius,Vladivostok, Voronezh, Dmitrow, Ivanovo, Kaliningrad, Klaipeda, Kursk, Lipetsk, Murmansk, Palanga, Podolsk, Sergiev Posad, Tula) and abroad (Beirut, Berlin, Lyons, Ottawa, Paris, Prague, Reims, Sitka, Sofia, Toronto).
The artists pictures are kept in Russian museums in Istra, Krasnoyarsk, Murmansk, Novgorod, Noginsk, Plyoss, Electrostal, Shushenskoye, Electrougly and other towns, in State Art Fund of Russia, as well as in the Royal Art Academy in England, in Art Fund of Hungary, in Russian Cultural Centres Belgrade, Prague and private collections in Russia, CIS countries, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Germany, Egypt, Italy, Spain, Canada, Cyprus, Lebanon, USA, Serbia, France, Switzerland, Japan, Luxemburg.
