Biography | |
Mostly self-taught, I have had a love of painting as long as I can remember. I was born in Brooklyn, New York, and I have exhibited widely in New York City and on Long Island. I prefer painting landscape in oil, but I also do some still life, and I sometimes work in acrylic. Some of my favorite artists are the 17th century Dutch landscape artists, George Bellows, Winslow Homer, Jan van Eyck, and many others. I hope you enjoy my work!
Note: All paintings are original creations, not copies. Most are painted on linen, which is far superior to cotton canvas. All are standard sizes which do not require custom framing. |
