Description | |
This piece has a bit of a history and is a result of time. In my little experiment I sellotaped a slice of tomato fully onto a piece of paper and let the time do the art first before stepping in myself. Unsurprisingly fungus done a great job (and it probably still is). I translated the beautiful colours, shapes and patterns with a variety of textured materials to produce a piece of art that again proves the beauty of mould. |

Same Style Abstract |
 |
A 20th century style of painting in which nonrepresentational lines, colors, shapes, and forms replace accurate visual depiction of objects, landscape, and figures. The subjects often stylized, blurred, repeated or broken down into basic forms so that it becomes unrecognizable. Intangible subjects such as thoughts, emotions, and time are often expressed in abstract art form. |
