| A series based on the sculpures found on top of churches or cathedrals. The figures high up there very often have a fantastic and intriguing appearance and essence. I photographed alot of them, the interpreted the photographs by making drawings, then interpreted the drawings into paintings. The result is a series of bizarre, but often also funny creatures and entities with a whole new life of their own. |
