Description | |
"Entracte a l'Atelier" ("Intermission in the Atelier theatre") represents the theme "urban scenes" I am now working on. The Atelier theatre, opened on november 1862 in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, is a magic place. Is the man taking a pause in the front section of the painting real? or does he belong to the imaginary world of the play which will be taking place in a few moments behind those tall windows? |
